BIG PICTURE

Overall, we were beyond happy with our season went. We made notes throughout the season on what we need to work on, like making sure our softball division is strong before adding minors team. We want players and families to continue to show up to practices and games and feel excited to go.  
We are also proud for keeping up a noncompetitive spirit this entire season and think our players benefited from that atmosphere.Our amazing volunteers helped create that environment and we think we have built a strong foundation for next year. 
Our league knows what to work on or next, like heavily recruiting for softball and reaching out to businesses. We are proud of the volunteers that we recruited this year and think that we will hit the ground running next year.
For the Ambassador next year, don't be afraid to dive right in. Be flexible with what is happening and be present. This can get stressful at times but seeing the children enjoying themselves on the field relieves that stress.
